Rules of the Open Auction:

  1. The Reserve Price is set at $6,000,000 CADand all Offers to Purchase must exceed that amount.
  2. Offers to Purchase will be entertained up until October 30, 2025, at 5pm (the “Auction Period”) and submitted to james.lang@colliers.com. Late Offers to Purchase will not be considered.
  3. All interested parties consent to having the Purchase Price in all submitted Offers to Purchase disclosed to the market.
  4. The current Offer to Purchase that is the highest will be available for public view at 327 West Hastings Street Vancouver, BC.
  5. Offers must be submitted on the standard form of offering provided by the Vendor or Vendor’s Agent.
  6. The Vendor will not accept an Offer to Purchase with Conditions Precedent. All Offers must be unconditional.
  7. Offers to Purchase must have a final deposit equal to a minimum of 5% of the Purchase Price.
  8. Offers must have a closing date no later than 90 days.
  9. Vendor will leaseback for a period of six months at rates as provided in the standard form of offering.
  10. Offers must be open for acceptance until November 1, 2025.
  11. All Offers to Purchase will be made on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis.
  12. Any Offers to Purchase will be non-binding until a definitive purchase and sale agreement establishing the terms is entered into.
