Rules of the Open Auction:
- The Reserve Price is set at $6,000,000 CAD and all Offers to Purchase must exceed that amount.
- Offers to Purchase will be entertained up until October 30, 2025, at 5pm (the “Auction Period”) and submitted to james.lang@colliers.com. Late Offers to Purchase will not be considered.
- All interested parties consent to having the Purchase Price in all submitted Offers to Purchase disclosed to the market.
- The current Offer to Purchase that is the highest will be available for public view at 327 West Hastings Street Vancouver, BC.
- Offers must be submitted on the standard form of offering provided by the Vendor or Vendor’s Agent.
- The Vendor will not accept an Offer to Purchase with Conditions Precedent. All Offers must be unconditional.
- Offers to Purchase must have a final deposit equal to a minimum of 5% of the Purchase Price.
- Offers must have a closing date no later than 90 days.
- Vendor will leaseback for a period of six months at rates as provided in the standard form of offering.
- Offers must be open for acceptance until November 1, 2025.
- All Offers to Purchase will be made on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis.
- Any Offers to Purchase will be non-binding until a definitive purchase and sale agreement establishing the terms is entered into.
